On 10 April 2015 - 1 year after the UN Committee on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities adopted its 1st General Comment - the EU PERSON partnership launched a 12 week campaign on the ‘Right to Act.’ The campaign has now ended but we will maintain the campaign website which includes advocacy tools for legal capacity law and policy reform.

Our objective: To increase competencies of Balkan Civil Society Organisations (CSOs) on both regional and national levels to strategically advocate and monitor reforms affecting persons with psycho-social and intellectual disabilities.
